Roku product works as advertised. Installation has a few steps bit is doable for a technically challenged individual like me.

I had to get a Roku in order for my cable company to serve my home without another wire running into the house. I was happy to see all the other apps available, especially the free ones.

Nice to plug and play

Was easy to set up, but I wish my Roku account would save passwords so I wouldn't have to reset up most apps. Definitely happy with the upgraded remote. Just getting old of having to upgrade the streamer about every 2 to 3 years.
