Easy to use

Had to replace remote that came with kit due to it continually losing remote detection and had problems getting to sync. Ordered new remote, put batteries in, and have had no problems

I like our Roku (express I think it is) but after years of use I have to cycle the power in it often to get it to work.

We enjoy watching TV with Roku

Our household needed an alternative to satellite TV. After finally getting fiber optic internet in our community, our daughter suggested Roku to be our primary means of watching TV. For us it is simply an organizer that lets us find what we want to watch from one of the million streaming apps out there. Keep in mind you may want to have subscriptions to some of your fave streaming apps in order to watch what you like. You could get by with just the free apps but it would definitely cut down what you could watch. I’m glad we tried it, and have set my parents up with it as well.

Easy to use and navigate

Very simple to use to get all the apps on the tv. However, it loses connection to the very strong wi-fi signal occasionally. If we switch and go through the tv, everything works just fine, so it is not a problem with the rest of the system. It takes a while, then the Roku finds the wi-fi again and works just fine.
I would recommend this to a friend!
