[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fantastic and very fast - the only thing that prevented me from giving it 5 stars it that it is pretty heavy but other than that extremely satisfied.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fast & fun to use.
Responsive and very fast when rendering large 3D models, even when running during a zoom meeting with clients; appropriate high resolution, works very well with a large stand-alone monitor (Lenovo as well); screen is a touchscreen which is endlessly convenient. Face recognition works excellently so far (only one months in); enough I/O interfaces; excellent storage capacity. No problems so far.
The usual drawbacks are weight/size & the fan is on a lot; this is not new, the previous version had the same ones. However, this is to be expected. This is a real workstation and not a toy. Equipment still needs space and has weight. Give it a couple more generations and this will improve as well.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. The ThinkPad P16 is 4th or 5th Lenovo and it does not disappoint. It is very responsive and does everything I need it to do.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is a power house. If you need something that can rip through anything you throw at it, this is it. If you have the odd desire to bring your tower with you, this is it. This was the first laptop I've bought personally, so I thought the weight wouldn't be that big of an issue. This is a life style choice. This is a sit at your desk and work laptop. Not a sit in your lap on the plane or on a bus. On. The. Desk. If you need to take notes for a college semniar, get something lighter.
