Latches lack quality

A follow up to my prior review. Once again I’d like to reiterate that I like the idea of this bin. However, now I only have two functioning latches out of the six on the bin. It totally defeats the airtight seal, let alone being able to fully secure the lid. The bin is a great concept, but the poor quality of the latches really take away from the product. Further I was advised to reach out to the customer team but never received a response.

54 Qt locked tote

I have bought 4 different sizes of your totes to keep out carpet beetles, humidity & dust out. This one is perfect with 4 locks & fitted top. I need a bigger size with 4 locks. Love the clear/turquoise

Like the Container, BUT the latches stink

The container is great, but the latches are absolutely terrible. The plastic pegs that hold that latches in place are not durable and have broken off three of six latches on the box. Without the pegs to hold the latches in place the airtight seal is far less effective. The reason I purchased the box was for the airtight seal, so it kind of defeats the purpose.

Bad latches

The plastic latches are very cheaply made. The pegs that make the latches swivel to hold and seal the cover are very small and are all one piece with the handle. These pegs have snapped off six (6) of the boxes that I own making the boxes almost useless because the whole purpose is to have an air tight seal. If Sterilite would make these latches better, this would be a very nice box.

Great under-bed storage solution

Bought a 4 pack of these to store my blankets, and sheets in under the bed. They're a good size, and hold two thick queen sized blankets each. I really need one more but can't find anywhere that sells singles with them in stock.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased these to store my vegetable seeds in. Being air & moisture tight is excellent for seed storage. Thanks for such a great product!

Sweater storage

This is the most perfect size bin to fit all of my winter sweaters. I love that I can shove them in super tight and the gaskets clasps Hold the lid on tight. I put a dryer sheet in the bin and by next spring my clothes smell yummy with no bugs or dust and will be ready to wear.

Why can I not find the 7.5 quart size anymore, except in a 6 pack? Love your product, but getting very hard to find. Most stores only stocking one or two sizes now. I originally bought 3 different sizes, and would like more. To the guy who said they crumble when you step on them, get out a friggin ladder, you putz.
