Durable, Stackable, My stock never looked so GOOD!

I used these for my business. The lid locks tight, and allows me to stack them up! You can see what's inside them, and they store Multiple of items!! Tools, books, small stuff! cords, clothing, equipment. I'm organized with these bins!

Perfect size.

I have been buying these for two years now and they are the right size for the job. This style can hold a large amount of weight on them when stacked high. I wish I could find them again.

Great Product - Please Manufacture Them Again

This is an excellent product. They fit perfectly on the now commonly manufactured heavy steel shelving. They stack well. Carry good weight. Lids lock on well. Want to purchase more and I am unable to locate them. Please produce more.

Truly Heavy Duty!

This box is so awesome for keeping things in! My 2 year old can't open the latches either so thats an added bonus. I tried heavy things in it and it didn't bow or sag. I want to swap out all my others for these. I received this product as part of a My-Take research study.

I have so many products from Sterlite, that I use all over the house. In the attic, the basement, shoe boxes in my bedroom, and even in my refrigerator because it’s old…and when I needed something in the back of fridge, I had to empty it out to get to it. (Individual drawers made a the difference).
So I like to think I have a lot of experience with their product line. But this was new for me.
I like that it is clear in the box section because you can see what is in it. When boxes are stacked, often some are going to have to be removed, to get to the box you need. The box lids however are black, and appear to be fabricated from a denser or stronger material, and that’s a good thing. They are called stackers because… well… they stack easily on each other. A good and strong lid is necessary to be able to do the stacking, or they would likely collapse in on each other. Obviously.
They appear to have a great number of different sizes. I had the 16qt. size. And that delighted me. Why? Because I already have those big storage sizes. But I had nothing like this.
It instantly was put to use, in sorting through mounds of paper. I admit I am a bit lazy. I don’t immediately file bills and important papers as soon as I get them. I honestly check what I need to pay online. So the mail piles up in a basket until I can sort through them. The size of this storage box is just the right size to use to hold mail, and junk mail!
I found it could fit well on one of my shelves, so I could stow away this project, for when I had time to go through everything. I could go on and on… but suffice it to say, it’s a great little tote!
I probably will need to get a few more of this size! I have a LOT of papers to sort through! Then I’ll be able to see how they stack! I expect I will be satisfied when I do!

Sturdy and Stackable

I really find the stackable nature of this product very helpful in that it especially fits products of varying sizes. The thickness of the plastic makes it very durable and the hinges work much better than previous products I've used. Having it be transparent makes it very easy to see the contents and the remaining space within the container. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this product again. I received this product as part of a My-Take research study.

Dimensions misleading

The dimensions are misleading and do not represent the length or width of material that can actually fit inside the container. Inner dimensions offer significantly less space than represented by the given container dimensions.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Randy65, as an industry standard the dimensions listed are the overall outside dimensions to ensure the consumer can fit the product in a space after purchase. The inside dimensions of the Sterilite 16 Qt Stacker Box are 13 1/4"L x 9 7/8"W x 6 3/4"H.

Just right!!

I received this product as part of a My-Take research study. I found it very useful for storing my knitting projects. I also used it for storing some fabric for a quilt I started. I really liked the heavy duty latches. The have a very secure latch. The top is made to stack totes on top of it and is very secure
