I absolutely love to phone but the fatal flaw is that the camera malfunctioned and I've struggled to get it to work again only after 2weeks of having it. I've also been left on read like 4 times while trying to sort this issue out with samsung techs. The issue was never fixed and i haven't heard anything back. Literally my worst experience by far

When it comes to your camera, we’d like to provide some troubleshooting steps. One option you can try is to reset the Camera app settings. To do this, swipe to the settings option in the Camera app, tap on "Reset settings," and then confirm by tapping "Reset." This action will revert the Camera app to its default settings, which may resolve the error. Additionally, checking for software updates can also be beneficial, and we'll provide a link with more information below.
Please note that Samsung products come with a warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months, as specified for each product. I have had this phone for a couple months so far and haven't had any issues. I had the last model for about a year before taking advantage of an upgrade deal for this model and didn't have any issues with the 5 during my time with it. I really enjoy the form factor of this phone greatly. The folding phones are something I really like and appreciate the pocketability of. Samsung makes the screens for just about every folding phone on the market so if you are worried about durability going with a different manufacturer won't change where you are getting the folding screen from. I personally haven't had any issues with durability. I do take really good care of any phone I own, however; my last z flip did survive more than one drop making me much more comfortable with the durability of this form factor. This model is definitely improved over the last which has been fantastic for me and can help if you are on the fence deciding to upgrade. The increased ram compared the last model has helped with multitasking which you may do more than you think if you use android auto. It has given a noticeable bump to performance when it comes to little day to day things like that not even counting the bigger more niche performance driven things we do with our phones. The cover screen being usable for whatever app I want after being configured that way with Good Lock is fantastic, when I don't need a full big screen. The phone is noticeably cooler also during basically all tasks showing how much the improved vapor chamber did for this phone. The last main improvement I have seen with this is also the battery. With lighter use,(not hours of doom scrolling or youtube, but more general phone use) this phone can be pushed to close to a 2 day usage when using the cover screen to help cover tasks. I will definitely update and change my review if I wind up having some glaring issues. The honest truth from me at the moment is that I am not really anticipating anything big like some other reviewers have mentioned or some sales people tend to harp on about. I used the last model as my way of "testing the waters" and so far my biggest take away is that I greatly enjoy this form factor of phone.
