All the features you need + Flashlight

I have a small wrist and thought the watch will be too big on me but because of the weight I can't notice it. I also got used to it and cannot go back to my other trackers.
Battery life is amazing and solar charging does work well.
The flash light function comes in handy and use it all the time.
I mainly use it for tracking workouts, steps, flash light, garmin pay, starbucks pay, heart rate, sun rise/down, and message alerts. There are so much more functions but do not use them all.
I do not really use the GPS function so cannot say anything about that.
After comparing the functions to my fitbit charge 5/6 and instinct 2S. I say its accurate and better.
I got the white color and after having it for about a month the color did not stain or fade and can see the watch lasting a long time.
Will purchase again if they upgrade the Instinct 2X.

Compared to less expensive health tracking watches, this watch is great. It takes some review on YouTube to understand how it works and all of the settings but it works well. The tracking is very good and it is the only app you will need for workouts and tracking. The GPS is very accurate and easy to use. The solar charging ensures the watch goes a very long time between charges. I am very happy with this watch.

Exceptional Battery Life

Love this watch so far. It has all the features an athletic person could want. I charged the battery when I received the watch and have had it for two weeks and the battery is just down to 65 % . I highly recommend this watch to all athletes.

Great features and good looking

This watch is great, exactly what I was looking for!! A smart watch that gets the job done with no thrills and you have an amazing battery life. I couldn’t get a lot of light exposure on my backpacking trips and in the city, but the battery lasts from 15 to 30 days. It’s processor is a little bit slow and you have some lags here and there and the excess of apps are a little too much, it should be only one (too many features for one app tho). For trekking use I’m still trying to understand how to better use with my hiking apps (AllTrails and OnX). Definitely worth the money.

I'm happy I got this one so far. The battery life is actually pretty accurate. I was able to wear it through workouts and mountain bike rides for 20 days. I also used the torch flash light walking the doggo in the mornings. Coming from a fenix 7 I feel like this watch is more my style. Battery life is much better and accurate. Feels a bit more durable. Most of the same bells and whistles as the fenix without all the fluff. The gshock style gives it a more robust look instead of the flashy styling of the fenix.

Nice features, okay battery, poor instructions

Garmin really doesn't do well in explaining what any of their biometrics really mean, and what they use to compute them. Why is this so difficult for them? And the vo² max is not as simple to get as it is on my much cheaper vivoactive 3.
The battery life for me after 3 weeks with the watch is about a week before recharging. I use the lowest power GPS setting for about 9 hours during that week. Obviously it is not summer now, and I wear long sleeves, so the solar isn't doing its job now.
I do like the look, and the flashlight. That's a win. It could be 5 stars if only they had an explainer video, or documentation, not on HOW to use the watch, but WHY.
