Serious buffer problems

Good picture. Not as super crystal clear as I had hoped
Also, I may have to return tv. It buffers too much. Very annoying. Called LG twice. They tried to help and keep saying if that doesn’t,work we’ll try something else. I need a fix by them or I have to send product back.

We recommend ensuring your TV is connected to a stable and reliable internet connection. You can do this by checking the Wi-Fi settings on your TV and verifying that it is connected to your home network. It's important to ensure that the firmware is also up to date. If you are using streaming apps on your TV, clearing the cache and data of those apps can help resolve buffering issues. Go to the settings menu, find the apps section, and select the streaming app you are using. From there, you can clear the cache and data. Beautiful picture - set up is too complex

Great color, ... - set up and ongoing use is more complex than it needs to be, too many loops though passworded systems, typing with a remote still sucks. I have occasional issues maintaining ARC connectivity with a third part sound bar.
|Hoping as WebOS matures and stabilizes things will be better

This is my second LG OLED TV. Great TVs. Picture quality is superb. However, one problem with this one: Speaker Out will not allow you to use HDMI ARC output and Opt Out at same time. This is a big shortcoming. Opt Out should be "hot" all the time or at least available when using ARC output.

We upgraded our entry level tv to this one. Extra money well worth it. We are getting older and need a tv that enables us to see the details, including the captions. Moreover, being able to buy a 42 inch version was a big selling point. We don't want to tv to be so large it overwhelms everything else in our living room. It was easy to get up and running and we are continuing to discover new features. Love the point-and-click remote.
