Disappointing quality

Bought last year for my son’s PreK class. The inside liner is completed shredded and falling apart. I have two other back packs that I purchased for my daughters 3 years ago and they are still in good shape. I think the quality has gone down.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I don’t know what I was expecting, but you can get better quality for your bucks than this. No support and material is not the best.

bad quality

I got my bag for a gift and not a month after I got it one of the zippers came off the track at the corner. I thought it was a fluke and didn't think much of it, but then the second zipper did the same thing. Eventually the zipper started to peal off the bag too. I thought these were good quality bags I could have forever, but i guess not.

It turned white after the first day used, it really question my trust on “fjallraven has great quality and can be used for years.”

"Warm Yellow" looks closer to neon-orange. It looks nothing like the pictures. It looks more like something you'd see on a high-visibility safety vest.

I got this backpack a couple months ago, i got the color black for it. I have my pins displayed on it, my keychains as well. I get so many compliments for both the bag & the stuff displayed on it. Fair warning here, it does take a while to break it in. I’ve had this for around a month now & I’m still trying to break it in. Other than that I love it.

The backpacks come in beautiful colors, but they tend to fade and develop white marks over time. The one that holds up best is the black one.

I’ll start with saying that is the only backpack I can wear that doesn’t hurt my back. This is my third Kanken bag but my first time ordering one online. I ordered the Autumn Leaf color, which is clearly a burnt orange solely from the thumbnail, not just the full image of the backpack. In person it is red, and almost a more pink toned red. I’m ordering the Acorn color next and I’m really hoping I like the color when it arrives as I planned on using this for a diaper bag and my baby could be arriving any time now...
