I bought this online, it came very well wrapped and protected. Very easy to install and works well instantly! Love how much light the LEDs give off

Ordered online. Installed yesterday! Beautiful, love it, except when on fan # 4 there’s a weird sound coming out of it and remote seems flimsy. Not sure if it’ll go away after some time but I will definitely be contacting customer service. Other then that everything else is amazing! So glad we bought this after researching constantly for 3 weeks straight.
