I purchased this hood and did not realize that the parts bag and install instructions were inside the hood. I contacted customer service and they responded very quickly with a very concise email. Great job!

EASY TO INSTALL AND BEAUTIFUL!

I replaced the 60+ year old hood in my kitchen with the Cosmo 36-inch stainless steel range hood and it is beautiful! The 3-speed fan is super quiet, and the LED lighting is just right. The only downside is how difficult it is to remove all the protective coating from stainless steel. Very time consuming!

I bought this last month and noticed such a big difference with this product compared to my old vent that was not strong enough. This new cosmo hood has made a difference in what we cook and has made it easier to cook steaks, Indian food, and others!
