Very efficient but loud

We bought this to replace our microwave vent and I'm glad we did. This thing moves air and catches anything and everything. Although this being said, it is very loud and I sometimes can't hear my wife talking to me while this thing is on. Maybe it's a blessing?

Bought this for our New construction home. After looking around for several this is the one we loved! The led lights are amazing and not loud when turned on.
