arrived with all parts complete and undamaged. The blue film around the parts are pretty hard to remove but we managed it was easy to install didn't need to look at the manual to figure it out.

As time goes on when the hood is running it doesn't tend to get louder like our previous so i have no worries at all.

Hood vent looks well designed and strongly built. it's also not that heavy so installing it was fairly easy. My contractor didn't have any issues with installing it. The motor on this unit is also quiet and the i like the whole coverage of the lights. it's something that i'm really happy to use every time.

my wife was very happy with it's performance and there is a detector so, smoke is no longer off when cooking.
