Purchased with a new oven (previous was down-draft; needed a new hood) This is a sexy design that is as unobtrusive as something like this could be! We dig it.

Range Hood with Basic Features

I have installed the range hood by myself and have been using it for a week now and I am satisfied with its performance. My only comment is that the drywall anchors, beveled washers and wood mounting screws (size #6) supplied were not of sufficient size when I tried to mount it vertically on the drywall before securing the the range hood horizontally to the cabinet with #10 screws and fender washers. The previous hood was hardwired and I add outlet so the range hood can be plugged in. Also the previous hood had a 6 inch duct and I had to add a 8 inch to 6 inch reducer duct.

A ductless hood was needed for our island range/stove. The design fit well in our kitchen & does a good job. Reasonably priced and fairly easy to install by our contractor.

Beautiful look, strong suction, and easy to clean. I am incredibly impressed with this Cosmo range hood. We installed it during a kitchen renovation, and it is a major focal point. The clean lines and matte finish look fantastic. The fan is quite powerful. The baffle filters are a life saver, just pop them into the dishwasher and they come out looking new.
I would recommend this to a friend!
