bought this 2 weeks ago and encountered a minor problem. It was making some noise while in used I read on their website about this noise and the culprit was some shipping tape still stuck on the damper wings one oof them wasn't opening freely I had to unmount the hood again to get them removed. Since than no issues whatsoever and it's working really well.

I love this rangehood I just wish the lights were either in front or middle but it's not to big of a deal.

Looks awesome! Other brands that look as great as this start at twice the price. This is a superior product and really works well.

I called cosmo support since the chimneys provide on the unit were not enough for my ceiling, they assisted me with having it ordered and got updates after it was shipped. Everything was installed smoothly and what a great machine this hood vent is. Looks stylish and powerful, very good investment especially for the price.
