Just installed this hood with myself and wife. Pretty easy, quiet and looks amazing in the kitchen. Had some damage upon delivery and was able to call and get parts timely.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Modern look and easy to install.

Purchased this about 3 weeks ago and just finished install only; had to run an exhaust duct through my 2nd floor joists. Install was otherwise simple and straight forward. The packaging of the item was excellent and you'd really have to drop the box out of the back of a truck while driving to damage the contents.
I did not use the supplied flexible ducting but ran solid duct work to maximize flow. The only difficulty here was using aluminum tape to seal the duct to the main body as instructed in the installation manual; there is not a lot of space in some areas to get tape in, or your fingers for that matter. Also, buy better drywall anchors for mounting of the shrouds.
Airflow feels outstanding at the highest setting and the noise is a non-issue for us. The construction of the unit overall feels sturdy. The glass is about 1/4" thick.
I cannot comment on the performance of the filters nor the longevity of the unit yet, but assuming this is satisfactory, the price for this range hood is great. I even bought their cooktop and double oven! (Pending install)

just installed. looks great, much better than the heavy (both visually and in weight) luxury brannd one it repalced. and it even has a grease trap
