Measuring biometrics also seems more accurate and the battery life is much greater.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I came from the Galaxy watch 5 pro. And the improvement of this new Galaxy watch 7 over the 5 is huge. Better screen. Operation is much faster, and the functionality is improved. Overall I am very pleased with my new water 7.

I like that it can detect sleep apnea & that it gives you tips on how to use it and shows you new features. I can track my sleep, heart rate, my daily routine & what is happening at home all in one place besides my phone. Love that the Galaxy AI teaches & does so much.

Powerful Galaxy AI in your sleeve

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy Watch 7 is a smart step forward. Galaxy AI brings personalized insights to my wrist, helping me understand my body better with features like Energy Score and Ages Index (Although i still don't understand how it works). It's like having a personal health coach that counts my reps and checks my heart rate so I'm where i want to be. The watch is a great everyday companion for tracking workouts, monitoring sleep, and staying connected without needing to stick to a phone. However, Samsung still needs to improve battery life because with my busy schedule and long days the battery is not able to last to the end of the day. The absence of the wireless charging option doesn't help unfortunately.

A great upgrade to an already great watch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's pretty good, definitely a step up from the galaxy watch4 I had originally. A few of the galaxy AI features are pretty cool to use too although I've still got plenty of them to look into. The value is certainly there too as it's worth it just comparing battery life alone. This watch will easily last me a few days on a single charge even when I'm using it regularly to check my messages or reply to texts.
