[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm 82 years old . I'm doing resistance training , allowing me to keep track of heart rate to get most of my workouts . All of varieties of exercise modes, are quite amazing. To be able to set parameters for chosen exercise. Great J ob!!!!!

So much info on such a small device

I have a lot of Samsung products that I use, including a Galaxy S25 Ultra, tv's, a refrigerator, etc. I bought the Galaxy 7 watch so I have the ability to track workouts, steps, heart, sleep and so much more. The fact that it has Google AI run by Gemini makes it even better. I am so happy with this watch and I can change the faces to make it look more "formal" or "sporty" depending on the event I am attending.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Other than I'm too lazy to actually learn how to use it properly, it's a nice watch. Tells time. Read messages, contactless payments.
Only thing I hate is the constant locking of the watch, and sometimes it just randomly stops working.
Also the battery life is less than ideal
