For some reason the battery life on this watch doesn't not last nearly as long as it did with my Galaxy 6. I have to charge the Galaxy 7 every other day, whereas my Galaxy 6 would last at least 4 days before I had to charge it. Other then that I love the watch and will continue to be a loyal Samsung customer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am getting familiar with the watch and generally enjoy it and it has been motivational toward exercising and even my sleep. One issue I have is that the watch as call 911 twice without my knowledge. Very annoying.

Aloha Djmute, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with using the Samsung Galaxy Watch7. Your constructive feedback allows us to make improvements on our devices. It sounds like you may be experiencing some conflicts with the automatic Sleep Mode or Battery Saver routines on your device. To resolve this, please check your Modes and Routines in the Galaxy Wearable app and turn off "Sync modes" with your phone, ensuring Sleep Mode/Bedtime Mode is not forcing the setting off. The Battery saver mode will also disable this feature. Be sure to restart your device after ensuring that your settings have been changed. Feel free to check out the resources shared below. If you have any questions or if you would like any further assistance afterward, let us know by reaching out to Samsung Support. We're always happy to help! Thanks for being a faithful Samsung customer. - Debra

Texting problem

I can only send texts when it wants me to, if I reset the watch then I can send 2 or 3 text on it before it stops letting me, then it will randomly let me send 1 or 2 text again when it feels like it. This only happens when I try and reply to a message.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thanks for reaching out to share your experience with the Galaxy Watch7! We always appreciate getting feedback from our customers. With the Watch7, you can easily respond to texts on the go, right from your wrist. The Suggested Replies feature, powered by Galaxy AI, analyzes your text conversations and offers simple suggestions for how to respond. If your Samsung smartwatch (LTE) is having mobile data difficulties, is unable to answer calls, receive texts, or failing to display your phone number in the Settings menu, first ensure that it is connected to your phone via Bluetooth through the Galaxy Wearable app, as you will not receive incoming calls if connected only via Wi-Fi. If the connection seems fine, you may need to unpair and then re-pair your watch. If these steps do not work, consider contacting your carrier for assistance with network options or activation support. For additional troubleshooting options, please refer to the attached link, and if needed, do not hesitate to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01003245/ smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus
