The Watch7 is equipped with a Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) sensor that measures your body's composition using just your fingertips. You can set your targets for weight, body fat, and muscle mass and personalize programs to help you achieve your health goals with accuracy. If your battery is draining quickly, please make sure that your watch is up to date with the latest software version. From your phone, open the Galaxy Wearable app. Depending on your watch, you will either tap Watch settings or tap SETTINGS tab. Then, tap About watch, and then tap Update watch software. Or, tap About Gear, and then tap Update Gear software. We'd like to gather more information about what you are experiencing with the sleep tracker. Love my new galaxy watch 7. Very handsome and comfortable to wear however I don't see much difference from my galaxy watch 4 classic. The interface is almost exactly the same.

Just like a computer, most judge the quality based on the output of the software and what you see. Sometimes, that is dependent on the screen or monitor connected to the computer. Same goes for a watch. Is the software functional and do I like the way I get to view the results? With my 44mm Watch7, I can say that the "screen", or the face of my watch is not as protected as all of my prior versions. It seems to all be a part of the upgrade game now. Want a watch with a metal bezel face? Well, pay twice the price as a normal Galaxy watch. It's a shameful marketing ploy by Samsung.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Battery life is subpar. I returned the watch as in the 24 hours I owned it I had to charge it 3 separate times with default settings and only factory installed apps installed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my watch wearing daily. This watch seems to pick up my longer walks than the watch prior to this.
The small band that came with watch I did not like. The band seemed bigger than the other small bands. I had to use a band I had from my prior watch. I wish they made bands for those of us with small wrists.
I do like the design on the actual watch. It seems more smooth and just overall looks sleek.

I pre-ordered this product with mixed feelings, and unfortunately, my doubts were confirmed when I finally received it. The only reason I opted for this particular watch was that it was the only option available at the time. However, the color I received is not what I would have chosen if given other options.
While the product itself is decent, the color is a letdown and it doesn't fit my personal style or preferences. I wish the company had offered more color options.
