Great size, terrible phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had nothing but returns on this phone several times for the simple fact that the screen would just stopped working after barely using the folding part and opening it I would have recommend this phone at all I love flip phones but unless they really actually fix the screen middle part of it where it would actually work and not crease and actually function in the front then it'll be a different story I gave it it to because of the size

One of my favorite phones, but...

I would recommend having the home screen mimic the home screen when the phone is open. Looking for more of a launcher experience. AI functionality is improving. I enjoy the camera.

Stays in my pocket while bike riding

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The best thing about my Galaxy Z Flip 5 is that the folded size is small enough to stay securely in my pants front pocket while riding my bike, without any worry it will fall out. I love this!
The video and photo images on the screen are beautiful, and the center hinge indent is barely noticeable when viewing them.
I use this phone to access the app that I am required to use for my job as a dog walker, to report what goes on during our walks or overnight sits.

This is the best phone I bought in my decade

Love the double screen

They didn't have the right angle or focus, but with the Z Flip5's dual screen, we can see the angle in real time. This allows to request any necessary corrections. It's really good to see ourselves and make funny pictures beforehand.

Awesome Accessibility & Features, Low Durability

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love using my cover screen for quickly checking messages, emails, and other notifications without opening my phone. The ability to use widgets like the calendar, calculator, and clock apps is handy as well. It's quite the flex to quickly pull out the camera and take a selfie with the crew.
Customization ability is superior since there is an extra screen to decorate. The handiness and convenience of this phone to use while eating like its a mini laptop makes this phone even cooler. The processing speeds are quick and I never have to restart my phone because it's bugging. My only issue I have is the durability. The screen protector is part of the screen so when it gets damaged there is no replacing it. It feels like I need to minimize the amount of times I open/close it. I have very dry skin so I'm flaking at all over it, I need to be sure I wipe the screen before closing everytime. I have insurance and had to replace 3 devices already because the middle of the screen started to deteriorate before the bottom completely tapped out. Thankfully, the cover screen still worked for responding to calls and texts, as well as checking emails. If the screen was more durable, I would never consider switching away from this phone.
