Great device in the short run

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 2nd Flip device and both of them worked very well. Fast, good pictures, excellent audio, and great screens. I really like the folding nature as it makes the device much easier to fit in a pocket. The front screen is also a great piece of kit and acts like a good clock or allows you to see messages without opening the phone. The problem I've had with both devices is that the screen protector starts to peel off at the fold after about a year of opening and closing the device. You then have to get a replacement protector and get it on the device. This happens about 1-2x a year. If there was a simple fix for this problem, this would be a fabulous device.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the flip and how I can use it to take pictures without opening and see the pictures. The camera is great, very clear images and video quality. Battery life is good. I love Samsung products as a whole and their quality and durability. They have some great apps that work seamlessly with some of my appliances and also with my Galaxy watch.

Surprisingly good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got it because it folds in half and the big outside screen. Thought the cool factor would wear off but a few months in it still hasn't. Surprisingly durable as well, I haven't dropped it open but I've dropped it closed a couple times with no issue. I regularly get compliments on it. Cool, fun, good looking phone.
