Response from Samsung USBy Social Commerce, December 14, 2023
Hello ManOwaR, thank you for sharing your thoughts with us about your Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5. We understand how frustrating it is when you have a device that does not operate as expected or becomes damaged. We would be happy to assist you with a warranty claim on your device, if you would like. We have provided below information to both the Samsung Support Team and your warranty to help you get started towards a resolution. We have also provided a link to an article many customers find helpful when transitioning from a standard form device to a foldable to ensure you best care for your investment. If you are seeking a device to remind you of your previous note series, we also recommend taking a look at the Ultra series of devices that has the S Pen and functionality similar to the Note series you used to love. Thank you for being a Samsung customer. -Elizabeth

More Sturdy for sure!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Z flip 5 has been a great upgrade from the flip 4. I had the flip 4 briefly and dropped it once and it came right off the hinge and I wasn't able to use it any longer. This phone feels much more sturdy in the hand and I have dropped it (being clumsy) on multiple occasions and it still works good as new. The new hinge design allows it to fully close and I appreciate that. The only reason it got 4 stars instead of 5 is because it does not open fully and ever so slightly has a bend. But it's really not noticeable, so it's just a minor issue for me. Otherwise I have no complaints.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my phone for streaming, gaming and calls. I usually game on my phone about 30-50% of each and every day. The remaining time is streaming my favorite shows or just making and receiving calls

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coming from an iPhone 13 Pro this phone has been wonderful.
I'm on my 3rd month of ownership and it has been surprisingly durable. Survived a handful of waist high drops.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great phone, fast and responsive. Folding screen is amazing and the cameras works flawlessly. Speakerphone and phone calls are crisp. Outside screen size is amazing, I am able to do multiple tasks without opening the phone. I will recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish fully functional phone with the capacity of being compact when in your pockets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The phone is great! Remind me of the flip phones back in the day. It's small enough when folded and large enough when opened. Camera is great, UI is great. Loving the phone.
