24 / 7 support but no.body answer

-1. Stop wasting your money to this watch I subscribe but after that I cannot use it. I call the number from support send text email them but nothing answer I call 100× for 3 days nothing address my problem DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Buyer beware

This watch seemed like exactly what we hoping for and it worked for 2 days. Would not connect unless our child was close enough to home to pick up the wifi. 2 months later, now it won't even charge and it would cost $68 to have another charger delivered. Spend a little more and buy the better brand -this one is a waste of money!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
