The setup was difficult. The watch constantly restarts all day and all night (yes, we have the latest software update). Very difficult to get a call to go through, both making and receiving calls. At least we can see our daughter's location. I would not recommend this.

My son had just turned 10 and has been begging for a smart watch. I was worried about all the others and the prices of the other but this one got such great reviews so I went with is vs an apple or another. My son loves it.

Overall, it does the things we need (and does them well) but not necessarily all the things we'd want. My son was disappointed he couldn't access a keyboard, only emojis and prewritten messages. He wanted to send his own messages and gifs. And I wish there was speech-to-text as part of the voice message feature. It would also be nice if we could connect our Amazon Music family plan so they could listen to their playlists.

The watch is a nice little stepping stone for my daughter. We don't believe she's ready for a phone but want her to show shes responsible, and preparing to have a phone. the watch allows us to communicate with her, and she is able to communicate with previously approved contacts. she has to make sure its charged, and makes sure shes wearing it, otherwise it won't work. shes a big fan of it and has faithfully worn it ans charged it every day since christmas (well except 2 times!)
I will say that once up and running its super easy to use, there is just a bit of complexity getting the app initally set up. If they could make that a better experience I'd Happily change the rating to 5 stars

Great kids’ watch with GPS! Accurate tracking, easy to set up, and my child loves wearing it. SOS and call features give me peace of mind. Battery lasts well. Perfect for safety and everyday use!

We just got this watch in September and it already doesn't work. Very disappointed. Also the set up was very difficult and not very user friendly. Would not recommend this product.
