Wonderful Product

I bought this for my 6 year old. We live in a great neighborhood where the kids can roam and play outside. Th stress as a mom not being able to track her or speak with her when I needed to was driving me insane. This gives me peace of mind and I love that he has a phone and gps. Easy set up and he feels like a big girl. Definitely recommend if you are looking for your child to have some independence but is too young for a phone.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is such an amazing watch. Both of my kids have this watch. They're both neurdivergent and tend to wander. I wanted to make sure I knew they were safe. This watch gives me exact location along with the ability to call them. It's easy to use and I don't have to worry about them loosing it like a phone.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Cannot be relied on; disappointed

I am very disappointed in this purchase.
Since day one, we have had communication and networking issues. Even when at home, the GPS on the watch states we are three streets over.
We have had this watch for 6 months and had purchased it for our 8-year-old. Due to the "Safe Zone" feature, we have been notified several times that while at school, apparently our son is kilometers away. The SOS feature has gone off at least twice, and caused quite the alarm.
They sent a replacement but the issues were not resolved. For the past two weeks, it would not attach to the network, and that was the last straw.
The watch itself seemed well built, the packaging was great, but none of this is useful if it doesn't actually work.
Although not ideal, we will be going with a phone simply to ensure the accuracy and the dependability of a GPS tracker that will still allow our son to communicate with us for emergency purposes.
I don't know if my experience is the norm, but this watch and GPS subscription leaves much to be desired.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
