my hood stopped working maybe because of functional wear ajnd tear cause i have usedw it for more than 3 years, so i called Cosmo and a young gentleman picked up and help[ed me to the best of his ability, i did not know my hood is on a 5 year warranty and the guy i spoke with was really sweet and he helped me identify what was wrong with the unit,. cut to the chase, i received the part and the hood is working well now. thank you cosmo guy

i was in the middle of a kitchen renovation and ic ant decide what hood i'm getting until i came across this brand online and i said I'd give it a shot. I am so glad that I did! it looks great , sleek, and shiny and it gives me the commercial vibe I was looking forr.

THE HOOD WAS SUPER EASY to INSTALL, IT WORKS GREAT AND MY FAMILY LOVES IT! IT WAS A LOT BETTER THAN THE LAST HOOD THAT WE HAD AND THE PRICES CAN'T COMPARE REALLY.
