Screen turns off randomly / Need repair assistance

I just unboxed this monitor and connected it to my M5 MacBook Pro, but the screen turns off automatically every 1–2 minutes at random.
The issue persists across all connection types (DisplayPort, HDMI, and USB-C to USB-C). Since the OSD settings menu is still visible after the display shuts off, it isn't a power cable issue.
How can I request after-sales service/warranty repair for this unit?
