Very thin

Purchased to cook pancakes however, think it was meant more for crepes. I may need to try again on lower heat as I have previously found the outside of my pancakes got too dark while the inside was not cooked enough. Probably my fault and not the pan's.

I've been using it for about 1month now and it still works great! Non sticking and easy to use! It's also really easy to clean. I just love it!

It's a little odd shaped but can be useful. Coating is very slick, I had made cheese crisps on it and they came right off. I need some kind of dome for melting the grilled cheese or cooking my salmon.
