Picked this up to help speed up the big breakfast orders with the family. This product is like having another chef in the kitchen! It heats up extremely fast and the surface are id perfect for a family of 5 who can't decided on one style of eggs to have.

So far it's great, the same awesome non-stick that I love on all the rock products. I mostly use this to grill meat under the broiler in the oven (would stick like mad to a regular making sheet). I will never go back but would have liked proper handles on this grilling sheet for easier maneuvering.
