This is my second product and feel the same way as the first one. HANDS OFF THATS MINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I use mine for just about everything. It works great have the bigger pan with lid and feel the same way. Make things in them that I found stuck in other pans have removed them from my kitchen and my rock takes their place and will be getting another small one as soon as the store has them in. The pan works great when cooking small amounts. My first rock is a casserole one dish and I use it all the time love it so was excited to get the frying pans and they work just as great. Yes I used them as soon as they were washed. Yes they worked as great as the casserole dish and yes I watch what is used in the pan with an warning plastic only or pay.

Got this set for a Christmas present. The pans both seem very durable. The small pan seems excellent for frying eggs while the larger one is good for cooking a variety of things. They both heat quickly and evenly!
