[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have gone from a plastic kettle to the stainless steel kettle. I feel more confident, boiling water and drinking from it. I like that it is cordless and I could bring it to the table.

I returned another more expensive tea kettle for the Starfrit 1.7 Litre and very pleased as it's not noisy, easier to handle, has a capacity indicator and rotates easily on the electric pad.
