I’ve had my X24 Bike for 2 months now and I absolutely love it. I enjoy the trainers and all the different terrains you get to see while riding. I highly recommended this bike and will be a future NordicTrack customer

The NordicTrack X24 offers an excellent riding experience, especially with its seamless iFIT integration and highly adjustable frame that accommodates various rider sizes. The ability to create custom routes using Google Maps adds an engaging, real-world dimension to workouts, while the resistance and elevation adjustments are smooth and responsive. However, the handlebar padding is quite firm, which can lead to hand discomfort during longer rides, and a drop-bar option would be a welcome alternative. Additionally, the “create your own ride” feature could benefit from refinement, as elevation changes tend to be abrupt and could use a smoothing function for more realistic terrain simulation. Overall, it’s a fantastic, durable bike that delivers a quality ride every day—you won’t be disappointed with this purchase.

Really like it!

I'm a little bit surprised, but I like this bike way more than I expected. I love my NordicTrack treadmill, but my stationary bike has always been a necessary evil for changing up my routine. However, I have really grown to enjoy the bike. The screen and functionality of the bike along with the incline changes keeps things interesting. The only drawbacks are that the cooling fans are too loud, and the saddle is a bit too firm. Saddles are a very individualized preference so it's great that any standard bike saddle can be used on the X24. Other than that, I'm looking forward to more miles on this bike!

Warranty purchase

I bought the bike and the extended warranty at the same time. I kept getting emails and calls afterwards about purchasing an extended warranty. Even after I talked to someone about this and got it “resolved” I kept getting more calls and emails. You need to get your warranty systems linked up to avoid this. Annoying

Poor quality

Have had the bike less than 3 months and the resistance and incline stopped working. Looks like a control board issue.
Previously had the i15 and had the same issue (4 times). I was fooled into thinking the newer models were made better.

Love the bike so far, but I was under the impression that I could sync my phone to the bike itself but it does not seem to want to pair. The bike does not even recognize my phone. Please clarify and or advise how I get it connected.

A Great Ride and Workout

I am very pleased with my new X24 bike. I like how this bike pitches up or down depending on the terrain. It is sturdy and quiet. And the internal fans are useful. I especially love the large screen and how it rotates for non-bike workouts. I feel like I have gotten a great workout each time I ride this bike with an iFIT trainer.
