On this particular phone the battery dies too soon it maybe be just this one. I would ha e rated it a 5 if the battery was stronger

Disappointed 😞...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Brought my S24 brand new online from my phone service provider compamy... didn't realize the dimensions were be so small so was a bit shocked to recieve such a tiny phone! Its Handy for fitting in pocket and wallet but I have a gard time texting on it... I also have experienced so many service issues I have never before such as the phone getting EXTREMELY HOT when using the camera or app snapchat. Several times the photos don't save or freeze my phone trying to use video function. Overall very very dissatisfied and I havnt even paid it off yet... before this I had the S20 and thought I'd be getting an upgrade with better everything bur camera isn't better the issues with heat and freezing plus the battery life is horrible... 😞
