Too Controlling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The device has some good features that I enjoy; however, there are far more negative aspects of this devices that would prevent me from ever purchasing another samsung device. The major problem I had with this device is its complexity. While the "AI" system attempts to walk me through things, often times it does things on its own and at speeds that prevent me from comprehending what was done and why. I feel I am constantly fighting the device to accomplish what I WANT to do based upon how I AM feeling, not how the AI decides to I should be feeling.
Positive features. The camera is top notch.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, linked below. Your Galaxy S24 harnesses the power of AI throughout many apps and experiences. For example, the camera uses AI Zoom to take better zoom photos. You can use AI to edit images, like Generative Edit, which can fill in backgrounds and move, resize or erase objects. Live Translate lets you communicate in other languages over the phone. Signing in to the device with your Samsung account will automatically activate all the AI features. However, you are able to disable or only allow on-device processing for the AI features, if you choose to do so. There is also a "master switch" to disable all cloud-based processing for the Galaxy AI features (Settings->Advanced Features->Galaxy AI). We understand that transitioning to new devices can come with a bit of a learning curve. This is why we have a plethora of resources in place to make the transition as seamless as possible. We offer informative videos on our YouTube channel that highlight your device and its features, and we offer device manuals, software updates, troubleshooting guides, and interactive simulators on our website. Great build but very subpar camera

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Grat phone overall. Good battery. LOVE the size of the phone. Camera is very subpar. Way behind other brands when it comes to lighting issues. If you are taking a picture directly under the light it looks good if not it looks really bad. No phone at this price should have a camera this bad.

Phone came just in time...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To finally get a new phone and be this one! It was a lifesaver. I needed to get a hold of my kid easily as well as start a new job. Having a disability and working from home made having a working phone but even cooler phone so much easier. The camera made me fall in live with it more. I absolutely adore taking pics of my 7 yr old and this made it worth... then to keep finding features like AI incorporated into my phone. Just awesome!

Love Samsung!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Samsung, it has always been my go-to device since I began with smart phones. The camera is great although not as good as the 24+ and I'm discovering new features everyday. The only thing I don't like is the charging cord. All of mine up until now is USB to USB-c and now it's C to C. I have no charging blocks like this except for one for my laptop and didn't want to use an old charger, so I went and spent MORE money buying a new USB cord. They should at least given a block after spending all the money on the phone. I do appreciate the durability and overall reliability of Samsung though.
