[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a Samsung user since the beginning of time. Maybe not that long. Lol . I think the galaxies are very user friendly especially for us older folks. This galaxy 24 also has a great charge life. Others previously needed to be charged multiple times a day. Now if I could just learn more about the AI stuff , I could keep up with the youngins.

Problem with overheating after 6 months.

I thought it was just another weird thing that happened to me as it was one thing after another so I thought I was just over thinking it. I was wrong. One morning I woke up to my screen cracked from the inside out apparently from overheating. It didn't help that my phone carrier was the worst about doing anything helpful as I financed phone thru them. Got S25 now love them both!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my S24 for about a year and I would say it is a big upgrade from my S8. It runs gaming, browsing and any other app smooth. I really like Samsung Wallet and being able to pay with a tap. The Galaxy AI is very helpful from editing pictures or just anything you need. Battery lasts me up to 2 days with just light surfing, calls or texts. The camera takes good pictures and is more responsive than my S8. Overall, the S24 is a "keeper" and really able to meet my needs and more.
