Simple, but efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The phone is simple, however it is what I need and want out of a phone. Galaxy AI has fun things to use like the drawing feature, however it's not a daily use kind of thing for me. But it is useful when it's needed, I actually used it to generate a sketch of a logo for my job and we ended up using it. The ai is great at removing items from photos and making it seamless like the item was never there. Overall I enjoy using this phone. Only complaints I'd have is late rollout of software update, and Snapchat picture quality needs improvement, it still seems like it's not the best quality it CAN be all the time. Sometimes it feels like Snapchat will process the picture like it should to make it look good, then sometimes it doesn't. Maybe that's more of a Snapchat problem, but it feels like the camera on the phone should be good enough to prevent that from even being a concern.

Love everything about it

Maryland everything about it except I could use a bigger screen but that's my own thoughts for not measuring and looking at it correct email with your day. I use the Galaxy AI features all the time I have nothing bad to say about this lyrics. Love it. From a faithful pixel owner that switched.

Really a bit disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my phone for literally everything... work, social media, research, reading, music, everything. I signed up with a new phone service and was supposed to get the Samsung S24 Plus; but, somehow there was some confusion on their part and I ended up with the plain Samsung S24. After trying to rectify the situation and getting nowhere I just decided I would just use it... I mean it's a Samsung...right? That meant it had to be good... in my naive opinion. No, the S24 is too small and is hard to see, and even harder to use the keyboard to text or send emails, especially if you use your phone like I do, for everything. So then there's the issue with the memory which is very small. My phone is constantly lagging and telling me it's full... oh, and there's no way to expand the memory. I'm super disappointed and stuck with this phone which is making my business slow down because I am not able to use it like I have always used my other Samsung phones in the past without any problems. I'm just extremely let down by the size, the speed, the storage and the fact that it costs so much for such an obvious fail... in my opinion. Anyway, I have always been a die hard Samsung fan; but, am truly feeling let down and like I'm stuck with it until it's paid off which is very unfortunate. I need a phone that I can use like I have in the past. I need the little pen... That's another major issue right there...no pen with the S24. I'm going to get something else as soon as I possibly can.

It's such a smooth phone that run efficiently and doesn't suck up too much battery life. There's alot of updates each week but is necessary. The Galaxy AI features in photo and video are awesome! I feel I'm finally working with a smartphone!

I've had this phone a few months

Paying bills, and staying organized is a breeze. Charging is super fast, I dont deal with slow loads, or glitches anymore.
