The love of my life!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this phone. I had a seamless transition from my old phone to this one and it was like I have had this all the time. The new AI features and photo features are simply the best and so easy to access and use.
I love having the duel lines on my phone because it makes it so much easier to do my job.

Charging port is not working.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my Galaxy s24 phone about a year ago and after 6 months I started getting an error message about my charging port. I kept getting an error message that the port was dirty or had moisture which it did not. Now it won't charge at all from that port. I had to buy a wireless charger just so I could keep using it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Galaxy S24 for a bit now, and honestly, I’m loving it. The screen is gorgeous—bright, super clear, and really smooth. Everything just looks amazing on it.
The phone is fast. Apps open right away, and I haven’t had it freeze or slow down on me yet. Battery life has been solid, too—I can go all day without freaking out about finding a charger.
The camera is awesome. Pictures come out sharp and colorful, and even nighttime shots look pretty good. Plus, the camera app makes it easy to take and edit photos without feeling like I need a photography degree.
The design feels really premium, and it’s comfortable to hold. Only downside so far is it can heat up a bit if I’m gaming or shooting a lot of video, but it cools down pretty quickly.
Overall, I’m super happy with the S24. It’s fast, takes great photos, and the screen is amazing. Definitely glad I picked this one up.

I miss the old version they were more reliable

This product has great updates

Galaxy AI is useful and I love all the updates that come with this phone. I know I won't win this. But I would recommend this phone to everyone I know. New useful updates AI is cool to use.
