Samsung Galaxy S24 Review: Great Phone, But Scratc

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Galaxy S24 is a powerful flagship with a stunning AMOLED display, fast performance, and smart AI features. However, its biggest drawback is how easily it scratches, even with light use.
Design & Durability
The Gorilla Glass Victus 2 and Armor Aluminum 2 frame make the phone feel premium, but many users report micro-scratches appearing within days. Even careful handling isn’t enough—just keeping it in a pocket with lint or dust can leave marks. A screen protector and case are a must.
Display
The 6.2-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X screen offers FHD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and 2,600 nits brightness. It looks incredible, but its scratch resistance is disappointing.
Performance & Battery
With the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 (or Exynos 2400) and 8GB RAM, performance is buttery smooth. The 4,000mAh battery lasts a full day, but charging speeds (25W wired, 15W wireless) feel slow compared to competitors.
Cameras & Software
The 50MP main, 12MP ultrawide, and 10MP 3x telephoto cameras take great shots but aren’t a huge upgrade. Galaxy AI features like live translation and AI photo editing are useful.
Verdict: Great but Fragile
