[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: great brushing and lots of feedback regarding scrubbing or excessive pressure and how much time a particular area gets brushed.
Cons: very confusing timing signaling for each zone of your teeth; doesn't keep the brushing sessions for more than a day or two if you don't connect your phone to the brush.
I like the features but the timing that the brush signals doesn't keep with what you read in the documentation - at least not in my case.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I luv the Prestige 9900 so much that I brought my 2 adult kids each one for Xmas presents.I only use one mode and that is clean and believe me it gets my teeth sparkling clean and white. However it can be challenging when you r uning the application with your phone in trying to get 100%. I only got 100% 5 times since using the toothbrush consistenly simce August 2024.The charge usually lasts a week.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my toothbrush and the cleaning power. Love Phillips toothbrushes and been using it for years. love my pink one
I had the Sonicare 2200 and was satisfied. This one changed everything. It tells you where you miss and make you do touch-up. Even my dentist was impressed.
The product feel and look very good. The product work excellent and very satisfied.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This was my first "adult money purchase" a few years ago and I was thrilled about it. However, not longer after receiving it the gold band where the toothbrush head connects with the the base fell off. Three years later, since I had a hard time keeping the water from collecting there after brushing, the rubber gasket where the toothbrush head is attached started growing mold. I tried to stop this from happening with different tactics to dry and disinfect after use, but it did not work. The mold moved downward into the base of the toothbrush and I ended up cutting the rubber gasket in desperation. I realize some may lecture me about doing this because it rendered the toothbrush unusable a few weeks later but I chose malfunctioning toothbrushes over mold near my mouth. I am downgrading to a different sonicare and hoping that if it happens again I don't have to replace it soon.
