Great Product! App connectivity needs improvement

I love the toothbrush and concept of using the app for guidance. However, it does not work always and even if it works it does not track properly. I am unable to get accurate results. I am not sure if this is a toothbrush connectivity issue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Super quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I previously had the Oral-B toothbrush that I felt was harsh on my gums (even with a soft toothbrush head) and extremely loud. This toothbrush is not only quiet but my teeth feel extra clean. The travel charging case is a huge plus!

The Best continues to improve

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned a Sonicare electric toothbrushes for years. I can't recall how many I have owned but not many. They lasted many years before stopping for some reason. I chose to continue with this brand and purchased the Sonicare Prestige HX9990 and happy I did. It is a great toothbrush with a phone app (iPhone for me) that helps with proper strength of brushing, pattern and coverage. Eventually, it helps you learn these features, and others, where the app becomes 'muscle memory'. I have braces which the doctor said it was fine for me to continue using my Sonicare toothbrush. That said, I seem to devour brush heads rather quickly. I highly recommend this toothbrush for the best and proper cleaning and brushing your dentist could possibly ask of you.

Great Toothbrush with one Flaw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Prestige is the best Sonicare toothbrush I have owned. To me, I don’t like that I have to use the phone application to sync it and for it to work accurately. If I don’t use the phone app, the head settings change to low and it will run for 30 seconds and stop. I don’t want to take my phone to the sink every time I brush my teeth.
