Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. This is not the experience we wish you to have with your Sonicare toothbrush. Cleaning your toothbrush and brush heads regularly improves their lifespan and performance. Clean your toothbrush after use by rinsing your brush head and bristles. Wipe the handle with a damp cloth. Also, you can sanitize your toothbrush head daily using the Philips Sonicare UV Brush Head Sanitizer, which removes 99% of all bacteria from your brush heads. Additionally, we recommend carrying out a detailed weekly cleaning session by just following the steps: Remove the brush head and rinse the bottom of the brush head and metal shaft with warm water. Wipe the entire handle with a cloth and make sure to wipe around the top seal (around the metal shaft), the buttons on the handle, and the bottom of the toothbrush. Wipe the entire surface of the handle with a wet cloth. Please refer the following video which will guide you to clean your toothbrush https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PDDCQ4EyIVY.

Clean Teeth

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took a little getting used to on the first try (the vibrations caused an initial tickle that caught me by surprise). However, after the initial adjustment, I found the toothbrush provided my teeth with a really clean feel. More clean than my usual manual toothbrush. The timing function that stops the vibration to indicate to move the brush to another sector of your mouth is really helpful. I'm finding that I brush my teeth longer now based on using this toothbrush. I also appreciate the feature that briefly stops the vibration and the bottom of the handle turns purple briefly to indicate that I am pressing too hard on the toothbrush.

Superb cleaning and beautiful design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have received compensation as part of the product test for this model. I have always loved Sonicare but this new model puts my old one to shame. The color and design is extraordinary and sleek. The connectivity is such a compelling concept. The brush is gentle but provides effective cleaning at multiple levels. I really like having a charging case for travel. It is useful because the case can be charged ahead of time and eliminates the need to bring a separate charger.

Sleek design!

I’m a Sonicare fanatic and have been for years, but with how sleek and beautiful this design is, it makes it so much nicer to store on my bathroom counter. My teeth feel clean and I have no complaints. Plus, a beautiful travel case.

The tooth brush gets my mouth clean

The head is small enough to reach the back of my teeth. My gum line feels good after brushing because if the sonic motion. My breath feels fresher and I don't have to try so hard.

This Toothbrush Should be Offered in White

I do not care for the color options of the Prestige 9900. I would much rather prefer a white toothbrush, which better matches my bathroom and other oral health products. White toothbrushes are easier to clean and remain looking new longer. I would buy one immediately if they offered white. I do not care for the champagne or dark color options.

Upgraded look and feels great brushing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sleek looking tooth brush is amazing. It’s pink to easily tell it’s mine from my husbands. Battery life is fantastic and it comes with a really nice leather charging case unlike those bulky plastic ones. The brush head is impressive, leaving my mouth feeling like I walked out of the dental office for a cleaning. I also received compensation for trying out this brush! What a win win!
