Works well, but very loud

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Out of the box I was very happy with the look and feel of the toothbrush. It has a nice weight to it and fits my grip well. The toothbrush has three speeds, a long battery life and a nice carrying case. The biggest disappointment is how loud it is. I like the highest level when brushing, but couldn’t tolerate the sound. At the lower levels I tend to try and manual brush. Another con is that the on/off button is easy to switch off and happened numerous time in the middle of brushing. Overall the toothbrush made my teeth very clean, but the experience was not what I was looking for. I have been compensated for trying and reviewing this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

9900 Prestige

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this toothbrush for 2 weeks and it’s great! It leaves my mouth/teeth feeling very clean!!
Features: It beeps to remind you to change the region of you mouth. This is nice to make sure I spend enough time brushing in all areas. The automatic shut off at 2 minutes is helpful to keep me accountable for brushing my teeth long enough and not rushing. The light on the bottom of the brush is a great visual indicator to let me know I’m using too much pressure when brushing. It has three different intensity levels. I am using the lowest. The higher levels are a little rougher than my teeth like (personal preference). I have to be careful how I hold the brush as I find it easy to accidentally press the intensity button (could be user error). It also has a downloadable app but this wasn’t available for use but likely could be helpful.
Design: It’s perfect for those with limited counter space that don’t want a big bulky charging station. It charges with a small wireless charging circle. On top of the wireless charging circle is a clear plastic base that the toothbrush sits in. Its very compact for space saving. Since the wireless charging circle and clear base are detachable it makes for the EASIEST cleaning! Simple detach and rinse the clear base in the sink so you don’t have any left over white toothpaste build up, if your a messy brusher (pictured). The toothbrush comes with a magnetic closing traveling case which allows you to protect and discreetly charge your toothbrush. This is great for those who travel often (pictured). The pearl pink color is a nice change from the traditional white. The toothbrush is light weight and easy to hold. I never had it run out of battery while using it, as it sits on the charger during non use.
I would recommend this item.

Best toothbrush I ever used. Dentist clean feel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Philips Sonicare Prestige 9900. I actually look forward to bushing my teeth. It is so easy to use, 2 minutes in the morning, and 2 minutes at night. I can adjust the intensity to any of the three levels. The brush head is like a dentist tool, for excellent cleaning. I feel like I am getting a professional cleaning every time I brush. I travel for work and it comes with a a cool traveling case and the charge lasts longer than any other electric brush I have had. I have used Sonicare brushes for years and this is the best one yet. It has smart technology that enables you to connect to app. I highly recommend this product. I have received compensation (get to keep the product) as part of the product test.

Rolls Royce of Toothbrushes!

Although, I don’t like the hefty price tag. I feel like it does make a difference in creating better habits on how to effectively brush your teeth and keeping you accountable. I know what you might be thinking…You are out of your mind! Why on earth would anybody need lessons…This toothbrush not only feels premium, it makes me feel like I’ve gotten out of the dentist office. The app is very helpful and probably the MAIN reasons as to why the price is so high. You have your own personal assistant to help you just like you would at the dentist office for your consistent monthly cleanings. As you get more in tune with your toothbrush, it slowly starts to tailor your needs and movements. You can add areas of concerns, like sensitivity, gum health, etc. It might not be for everybody, it’s completely understandable. Do you need a 400 dollar toothbrush? No, it’s not required. However, I would much rather pay premium price to maintain and avoid any dental mishaps. Health is priceless and this is an exception. Bravo!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the sleek charger that comes with this toothbrush. It doesn’t take up much space on my bathroom counter and looks nice too. I like the look of the travel case it comes with and that it has a USB port to charge but I can’t seem to get the case to completely close when the brush head and handle are in it. I do love the way the bottom of the toothbrush lights up to let you know that you are using too much pressure or are “scrubbing” your teeth instead of using smooth strokes and letting the toothbrush do the cleaning. Definitely a superior clean, I don’t think I could ever go back to a manual toothbrush. I did receive compensation for this review.

Leaves my teeth feeling and looking polished.

* I don't like how much this toothbrush vibrates when I hold it; * I find the brush head to bend very easily and therefore, even with very little pressure the bristles are disheveled; * Lastly, I don't find the brush to feel premium in my hand.
What I like is the results. Despite all of the negatives I listed above, there is no doubt that my teeth appear polished and shiny after using this toothbrush. Therefore, I cannot complain about the overall performance as it pertains to cleaning my teeth.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Has not performed the way I thought it would

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the Philips Sonicare Prestige 9900 for about 3 weeks and so far I have been unimpressed with its performance. Before I give you the cons, there are a lot of amazing pros: one which is the battery life. I have only had to charge it once over 3 weeks and I tend to brush twice a day. The charger looks great and the travel case charging is very convenient and feels good to be able to carry my brush confidently. I love the way it connects to my phone and being able to change the modes via the app. I really like the modes but at the same time, I wonder if they actually work. Here's what I don't love: First of all, it doesn't read the back of my teeth when I brush and it consistently tells me I am brushing the front when I am actually brushing the back. It also doesn't always connect when it turns on. Every other day I have to "forget the toothbrush" in my Bluetooth and then find it again.
For what the product says it will do, I was underwhelmed so far with how it doesn't read my teeth as I use the app. Other than those few things, the 9900 is intuitive and definitely helps if you have trouble motivating yourself to brush twice a day.

Wonderful luxurious toothbrush

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have really enjoyed this toothbrush for the past few weeks. It is well balanced and comfortable to use. I was stunned by the look of it when I took it out of the box, it looks so fancy! I am very pleased with the quality of the cleaning, my teeth feel so smooth and fresh after each brushing.
I did receive this item as part of a product test and get to keep it at the end but my opinions are mine.
I would like to see it include a few heads and not just one. I do like that the travel case is not only protective but also a charger. This would be a real positive if you were taking a long trip and wouldn't need to bring the charging cradle along.
