These kettlebells are helping me

These kettlebells are helping me regain my health and fitness. I found a 15 minute routine on YouTube and my ability to get in outdoor walk I am able to close my exercise ring on my Apple Watch. I am competing with my daughters to motivate each other to take care since the pandemic has removed our comfort in going to the gym. Thanks

Very nice set. The weights are just the right sizes for a beginner. I believe ketelbell weights are the best for many reason. These work quite well.

The weights were fine, but the box was destroyed and taped up before it arrived. The plastic tray was also broken and nothing like giving a broken Christmas present to someone.
