I haven't worked out in years, and these are great. I get to tone my abs, work my arms and shoulders all with these 3 weights. I do a 30 min workout and I am winded. Highly recommend this as a starter set. I just wish it had a 25lb weight as well.

The price for the kettlebells is great. I have visit other websites and are more expensive. This kettlebells are also compact, I just roll them under my bed and back out to use. The only thing which is not the company‘s fault it was delivery, that the rack broke in the corner with shipping. Since the kettlebells are heavy and i’m assuming that they threw the box inside the truck. But still love them. Definitely would buy again from Best Choice.
