I order 2 products and only recived one I call customer support and says send the other one when arraived only send the glass and don’t recived the frame to instal

Product cracks just laying in my purse

Purchased this screen and felt confident because it was one of the more expensive options and my husband had just purchased one. It cracked just being in my purse and has already splintered across the whole protective screen. With such little pressure I would not have expected this screen to crack. It also happened to my husband when he set his phone down in his cup holder in his car- cracked immediately. Really poor durability.
