I'm getting older and even though I try to exercise a few days each week I find that doesn't happen. With the treadmill in my home I have zero excuses and most definitely upped my game. I have found that an evening walk or hike before bed has helped my sleep immensely. It has also helped my overall mood. Using the iFIT feature and completing the hikes has been very invigorating and motivating. I honestly am enjoying my treadmill every single time I use it. I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion.

I have always been worried about the quality of at home treadmills, but not with this unit. The quality is superior and with the variety of the workouts I never get bored.

This treadmill runs quietly and feels sturdy, even during longer sessions. The interface is user-friendly, and the built-in programs help keep each workout engaging. I’ve been impressed with how well it performs day after day. – This is an incentivized review. I have a family member who works for this brand, but the review is my honest and unbiased opinion.
