Great Home Business Printer

I received this printer for free.
This laser printer is pretty amazing. It was a fairly quick set up and whirled to life on the network with very few headaches.
I have done a few different types of printing since setting up this printer. Black, color, heavy paper, and even heat transfer paper. Each turned out perfectly fine. I could definitely could tweak the color settings both in applications and on the printer to make the color pop a bit more.
The duplex printing worked perfectly fine with no problems.
As for speed of printing? The actual printing is what you expect from a laser printer. Pages rolled out lightning fast. The slow down was actually sending the print job to the printer over wireless. It took well over 30 seconds for the printer to receive the job before the spool began to warm up and whir to life.
If you're using this for home business, you will not be disappointed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good Printer

I recently received this printer for free under the agreement that I would provide a review, and after spending some time with it, I’m genuinely impressed with how well it performs for both personal and business use. To start, the setup process was surprisingly simple. The instructions were clear, straightforward, and easy to follow, to the point where I’m confident that even my 9-year-old or my older mother could complete the entire setup on their own without running into any confusion. That level of accessibility is something I really appreciate, especially for people who aren’t particularly tech-savvy.
One of the main things I wanted to test was how well this printer handled printing across different devices. My mother’s current printer has always been inconsistent—sometimes it works from her phone, sometimes it doesn’t, and it often requires extra troubleshooting. With this printer, however, the experience was entirely smooth. Whether I used a PC, tablet, or smartphone, the process was exactly what you’d expect: select the printer, hit print, and the job starts without any delay or complications. It worked consistently and reliably across every device I tried, which is a huge plus in everyday use.
As for print quality, I didn’t notice any issues. Everything I printed came out clean, crisp, and clear, with no streaks or fading. For standard documents, forms, and general printing needs, it absolutely meets expectations.
While I don’t often find myself giving recommendations on printers, I can confidently say that if someone asked me for one in the future, I would recommend this model. It does everything it’s supposed to do, it does it well, and it does it with ease — and that’s exactly what a good printer should offer.

Quickly Replaced My Epson EcoTank

I received a free Canon printer to try out and write a review about it. After using it for a few weeks, I can honestly say I really love it.
From the start, it was simple to set up. I had it out of the box, connected to my Wi-Fi, and printing from my iMac within minutes. The setup instructions were clear, and everything worked right away without any issues. I also tried printing from my phone, which worked perfectly, and it was nice to be able to print straight from my device without needing any extra steps.
The print quality is excellent. Colors are bright, text looks crisp, and it handled different types of paper easily. I even printed on some thin vellum, and it still looked great with no smudging or streaks. I was using an Epson EcoTank before, but the Canon produces much sharper prints and overall looks more professional. This one has definitely become my main printer for both personal and work use.
The duplex printing feature has been a huge upgrade for me. My old printer didn’t have automatic two-sided printing, so I used to waste time flipping pages around and hoping I got the direction right. Now it handles that automatically, which saves a lot of time and paper.
It also prints very fast, especially for color documents. I use it for both home projects and for running a couple of small businesses, and it keeps up easily with everything I need. The only small complaint I have is that after sitting idle for a while, it sometimes powers back on and makes a noise. The first time it happened it startled me and my dog, but it’s not a big deal.
Overall, this printer has been fantastic. It’s fast, the prints look amazing, and it’s easy to use every time. It has quickly become the go-to printer for both me and my wife, and I’m very happy with it.

Better than expected

This printer was received at no cost in exchange for giving it an honest appraisal. I did the setup on my home network (Win 10) and it was time-consuming but easier than expected. I now use wireless, and the printer comes alive instantly and starts printing within about 20 seconds. Pages come out fast, and the print quality is solid. I often print graphics and photos, and the colors look reasonably accurate even on basic copy paper. On photo paper or card stock, the results are better, though not flawless.
I’ve tried different types of paper, and most have worked fine. Given the price, I expected average performance, but it turned out better than I anticipated. The software offers a fair amount of customization and handles scanning and copying adequately. The front paper feed works, though it feels a little flimsy, and the unit itself is quite heavy.
USB printing is simple: plug in a flash drive, select a file, adjust settings, and it prints quickly. Duplex printing is faster than I expected and hasn’t caused jams so far. The touchscreen has plenty of options, though it takes some time to get used to. Overall, it’s a capable printer that performs well, though not without a few quirks.

Great printer

I got this printer for free to use it and write a review. Overall, I am very happy with this all in one laser printer. Me and my 14 year old daughter set this up in about 15 minutes. We were able to print wirelessly from our phones and laptops right away. It took about another 15 minutes to setup the Scan to computer feature. At first I was disappointed with the scan resolution, but then I was able to adjust the setting and scan at a higher resolution. Now the scans are crisp and clear. Prior to this printer I had an ink jet printer. When I compared a color printout from my ink jet to a color printout from this laser printer, this printer did a much better job. The details were crisp and clear and just overall better quality. I use multiple devices to print wirelessly from this printer with no issues. I've also used the copy feature which is great. Overall I love this printer and I will use this one instead of my inkjet.
