I recently purchased the 30-inch curved monitor, and I am extremely disappointed. After only a few weeks of use, the monitor suddenly just died without any warning. It wasn't mishandled or subjected to any rough conditions — it simply stopped working. I tried troubleshooting, checking connections, and even tried it with different devices, but nothing worked. The lack of durability and reliability is frustrating, especially for the price I paid. It’s incredibly disappointing that a product like this can fail so quickly. I would not recommend this monitor to anyone.

I do not game so I bought it for when I work from home and need to have multiple windows and applications open to be productive. A perfect solution to just buy this one monitor instead of buying two regular ones!

CANNOT FIND A REPLACEMENT ADAPTOR

I bought this monitor last summer and loved it, until the adaptor stopped working and now the monitor won't work. I've bought 3 different power adaptors trying to get it to work again and NONE of them fit. I have several friends trying to find one that fit, I've posted to online communities trying to find one and no one can seem to find it! Why make a monitor with such a strange power adaptor, and then charge you to use their support feature?!? Can someone just link the new adaptor?? About to buy a totally different monitor because this is not worth the hassle, especially because this did not even last a year.
