Purchased the Philips Norelco Bodygroom 1100 about a month ago. Worked very well the first time used. Unfortunately the 3mm adapter is not as robust as it could be. It broke in half. The good thing is that Philips Customer Service is planning to replace it.

Pros: good customer service great price point, easy to use runs on batteries.
Cons: plastic heads could be more robust

For about 20 years that I have been cutting the hair "down there", this has been the only machine that doesn't hurt my skin. It simply cut the hair perfectly, without make any damage. It is quiet and quick doing its job and you can choose 2 different sizes.
I only tried it around the genital area.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Was great until the 1/8" comb broke

Worked great for a little over a year until the 1/8" comb snapped at the corner. I knew it would be an issue so I was very careful with it when removing the comb to clean the trimmer blades. They no longer make replacement combs for it and the shorter comb trims closer than I'm comfortable with. Not sure why they continue selling a product that doesn't have any replacement parts. Kind of ridiculous that this will end up in a landfill because they can't replace a cheap piece of plastic.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Finally have an affordable, easy to use and travel body groomer. I like the use of a AA battery in case if it runs out of energy I can easily switch the battery. Also, I like band it comes for hanging it in the shower and have on hand. Moreover, it easy to clean and switch combs.

Great device with an exceptional advantage. The capability to replace the head!! I would like to see a NT9110 type accessorie.
So in conclusion I whole heartedly appreciate and recommend the device.

as this product needs AA batteries, it is useful for travellers, however, this will not groom softly as same as the other models, but for trimming at about 2 mm it is working very well.
